Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your pieces and use them often. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging

Items returned without proper protection and arriving damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved in advance.

To request a return, contact us at info@tavolapiena.com with your order details. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to damage or defect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 72 hours with photos of:

  • Item

  • Internal packaging

  • Outer box

You may choose a replacement or refund. If out of stock, replacement may be delayed.

Exchanges

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
