Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in preparing each order. Every piece is thoughtfully hand-packed to ensure it arrives safely and ready for your table.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

During periods of high demand or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Preorders

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, available items will ship immediately, and preorder items will ship separately once they become available.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using UPS and FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $500 qualify for complimentary shipping.

Packaging

Due to the fragile nature of hand-painted ceramics, each shipment is carefully packed using materials designed to protect your pieces in transit.

When possible, we use eco-friendly packaging materials. However, when these materials do not provide sufficient protection, we will prioritize the most protective packaging available to ensure your items arrive safely.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To process your claim, we require:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the internal packaging

  • Photos of the outer shipping box

Once reviewed, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.

If a replacement item is not currently in stock, fulfillment may be delayed until inventory becomes available.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact us.

We will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue. While we strive to ensure every order reaches you successfully, resolution may depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

Delivery Timing

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control, including weather, service interruptions, or routing issues.
