Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your pieces and use them often. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging

Items that are returned without proper protection and arrive damaged may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Approval

All returns must be approved in advance.

To request a return, please contact us at info@tavolapiena.com with your order details. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.


Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns that are not due to damage or defect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • Internal packaging

  • Outer shipping box

You may choose between a replacement or a refund.

If a replacement is not in stock, there may be a delay until inventory becomes available.


Exchanges

Due to the fragile nature of our products and the risk of damage during shipping, we do not offer exchanges.
